Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Nuapada has started working in 2010 for Classes I to V in a temporary building in the campus of National High School, Nuapada. On the day when KV Nuapada was incepted in October 2010, a ray of hope aroused among the people of  Nuapada which is under developed, interior and 500 kms a way from Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha. It was started with a single section primary wing in a temporary building of ME Section, National High School Nuapada. It was a normal KV in Civil sector but declared as a Hard Station since 2020. Now there are classes from I to X with  a strength of about 430 students. At the beginning it was under Raipur Region but now it is under Bhubaneswar Region. The permanent building is under construction and expected to be completed by 2025.
